Whilst we do have a variety of stock bags available, particularly for food use, our specialty really is custom supply. To be commercially viable we have minimum order quantities that vary from product to product.

With a range of optional features and flexible sizes, creating a custom bags is great for packing products like pet food, coffee, loose leaf tea, bath salts, and all manner of bulk goods.
You can choose from a wide range of colour and material options - from kraft, glossy, clear, matte, and soft plastic. The structure of the bags provide strength for high volumes and larger prints as well as barrier properties to keep your goods fresh for longer.
BOX POUCH
Box pouches combine clean lines with high quality materials to provide a sharp profile on the shelf. You have the ability to print on five different sides without the risk of print wrapping to the front or back of the bag.

They can be manufactured in a range of sizes from 100g up to 4lbs/2kg. Add features like an easy open ziplock or tear nicks at the top.

You can choose from a wide range of colour and material options - from kraft, glossy, matte, clear, and soft plastic. The structure of the bags provide strength for high volumes and larger prints as well as barrier properties from moisture or oxygen.
These pouches store and distribute in a flat configuration, reducing space and cost.
SIDE GUSSET BAG
High capacity pouches with minimal materials.
These bags allow 4 side printing and wide scope of sizes from as small as 25g up to 9kg.

Side gusset bags are a great packaging option that provides a form-fit for your product in addition to plenty of canvas space for displaying and marketing your brand.
These bags have a single seal that spans the entire width of the bag and runs through the bottom. Gusseted bags provide great shelf stability — once filled, they stand upright with no additional support. A large opening at the top allows for easier filling and emptying of its contents.
Materials range from matte, glossy, kraft colour finishes and with or without window. These bags will stand upright once filled or you can opt to have a tape block bottom.

You’ll typically see gusseted bags filled with whole bean or ground coffee, but these bags also work well with tea, snacks, candy, pet treats, and more.
POUR SPOUT
Pour spouts are an environmentally friendly packaging option which offers an ideal replacement for rigid containers that consume storage space. They are easy to open and re-close and are convenient for carrying and eventual disposal.

Suitable for liquids and dry products - creams, lotions, hair-care, shower gels, kitchen, laundry, pet foods, and granular products like tea and coffee.
Variety of spouts or pump dispensers available: sizes from 6mm-35mm.
Pair it with a handle for larger pouches and easy pouring.
CLEAR POLY BAGS
They are a great choice for storing food, electronics manufacturing, hospitals, agriculture, and clothing. Flat poly bags can be used virtually anywhere. A flat bag can be heat sealed, tied, stapled, or taped shut. 300x500x30mu Unit 1,000pcs

STAND UP POUCH
Large printable area that creates great shelf presence. Print on 2 different sides without the risk of print wrapping to the front or back of the bag.

SIDE-SEAL BAG
Pack various products like pharmaceuticals, spices, wet dog food or treats, food samples, body care, etc.
Side seal bags are produced from one piece of film and factory sealed either on two sides or three. Its barrier properties ensure that your product stays fresh for longer. Materials range from matte, glossy, kraft and include various colour finishes.

ONE-WAY DEGASSING VALVE
Valves can be applied to bags of all shapes and sizes, holding a huge variety of food products: coffee, all sorts of vegetables, instant meals, microwavable foods, and more.
We offer valves with or without filter paper - two types, round (internally installed) or square (externally fitted).

The challenge to get fresher coffee to the market place is fierce. Coffee is a highly sensitive product to environment factors, even a small amount of oxygen will impair both the aroma and flavour.
With the additional feature of a Pbi filter valve it allows CO2 generated from the beans to be released from inside the bag without letting oxygen in. This will ensure that the flavour of the product inside remains of high quality and keeps a longer shelf life.
ROLL STOCK
Roll stock comprises engineered film that is sustainable, lightweight, uses less material than rigid packaging, and requires less energy to produce - releasing fewer greenhouse gas emissions. You are able to produce at high volumes using a form-fill-seal machine.

Roll stock is a visually appealing way for brands to add logo, artwork and product information to health products, food and pet product packaging.

What matters most is that what’s inside keeps fresh! Rollstock keeps UV light, dust, moisture, oxygen, and vapor out of the package, resulting in increased shelf life. This is a win for companies selling consumable goods.
